Keri_ChickenThe quintessential Bombay-Irani Café SodaBottleOpenerWala has incorporated a whole new level of quirkiness this summer with ‘Keri Nu Kraze’.  This menu aims at elevating the Parsi cuisine with a blend of seasonal fruits and offers Keri Kanda Par Eedu – a mix of onions and ripe mango with spices, baked with egg on top and served with Pav; Keri Chicken – Parsi style chicken curry cooked with ripe mangoes; and Raw Mango and Papaya Salad – seasonal Keri and raw papaya in a tangy ‘Kolah Vinegar’ dressing. There are desserts too – Keri nu Samosa, Mango Cheesecake and  Mawa Sundae.
