Delzad is a Le Cordon Bleu Chef having completed Le Grand Diplome in Cuisine and Patisserie from the London campus.
His love for cooking was observed at a very young age. This led him to work at The Taj Mahal Palace and Towers, Mumbai. His next role, was as a food producer with Masterchef India Season 2, after which he moved to Dubai and the Exotic Maldives.
He is back home now from his latest stint in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean where he was the sous chef at KRAVE – Modern Chic Dining.
He is currently running his own home chef setup named Del’z Kitchen, which is a go-to for all meat lovers! Here, he specializes in mouthwatering dishes like Pulled Pork, Buffalo Bulgogi, some Parsi cuisine favourites and a range of other Indian and Western meat dishes.
Says Delzad of his profession. “Being a chef is not as glamorous as people think, one should have a passion for food and I think I have made the right choice!”
